MAKE YOUR CAMPAIGN A HUGE SUCCESS!

Although there are many different kinds of Workplace Giving Campaigns, and those campaigns vary by employer, the most common are the United Way Campaign and the Combined Federal Campaign. 

Many companies and organizations encourage their employees to make charitable contributions.  In fact, they are happy to report theirs, as well as their employees, charitable efforts.

Take advantage of opportunities to increase workplace giving to the HAA.  Below are some ideas to help get you started.  If you are interested in making a special effort, contact the HAA office and we will be more than happy to help you arrange it.

• Make copies of HAA brochures and distribute them to your co-workers
• Write a personal letter describing your experience with histiocytosis (include a picture to futher personalize your appeal)
• Ask a company HR contact to include information about the HAA with the annual distribution of your company's workplace giving campaign materials
• Host a Campaing KICK-OFF Meeting to spread the word and educate your co-workers about the HAA
• Create an office-wide effort by posting a Goal-O-Meter or having a friendly pledge contest
• Offer to give a presentation about histiocytosis and the programs of the HAA
