Many companies participate in a Matching Gift Program.  Those employers who do will make a donation to a nonprofit organization in the same amount as does one of their employees.  In some cases, an employer may even double the amount of the donation.

Ask your Human Resource Department or supervisor if your employer participates in a Matching Gift Program.

If your employer does indeed participate in a Matching Gift Program, follow the steps below to have them match your gift to the Histiocytosis Association:

   1.  Obtain a Matching Gift Program Form from your employer.

   2.  Submit that form to the Histiocytosis Association along with your donation.

The Histiocytosis Association will complete the Matching Gift Program Form when your donation is received, verifying that you did make a gift to the Association. 

The Histiocytosis Association will then return that form to your employer.  When your employer receives the verification that you have made a gift, they will in turn send a donation for that amount to the Histiocytosis Association.

It's that easy!
