Dear Friends: I am pleased to announce that the Histiocytosis Association has just awarded 5 research grants. We have now been able to fund a total of 115 grants since our research program started. To make the research effort even better, the Histiocytosis Association funded 2 grants selected from the HAA’s research announcement. This is an excellent example of how organizations with common goals can work together. I want to thank everyone who worked so hard to support the Association’s programs through your donations. You have truly made a difference in the lives of patients with the histiocytic disorders. A big thank you to all those who organized a fund raising event for the Association.
